Engineered for Continuous Thermal Treatment
Unlike conventional batch-operated incinerators, Rotary Kiln technology provides continuous waste movement through a slowly rotating, refractory-lined cylindrical kiln. The controlled rotation continuously exposes fresh waste surfaces to combustion air, ensuring uniform heat distribution, efficient burnout, and stable combustion throughout the process.
The kiln operates at a controlled inclination, allowing waste to gradually progress through different thermal zones while maintaining the required residence time for complete combustion. Volatile gases generated during primary combustion are directed to a high-temperature secondary combustion chamber, where complete oxidation takes place before entering the Air Pollution Control System.
This integrated design enables the efficient destruction of hazardous and heterogeneous waste streams while maintaining stable operating conditions and reducing unburnt residues.
