How Ballistic Separator Works?

A Ballistic Separator operates using a series of inclined, oscillating paddles that move in a rhythmic forward and upward motion. When mixed material is fed onto the machine, flat and lightweight 2D materials such as plastic films and paper move upward, while rigid 3D materials like bottles and containers roll downward. At the same time, fine particles and inert materials fall through perforations between the paddles. This multi-fraction separation happens continuously and efficiently without manual intervention.
